Ok, so we made it through Halloween, barely! Now comes the 2 months of pre-Thanksgiving and Holiday Season eating and traveling. We all like to say "I will think about exercise and dieting in 2008!" The key is to get through this tempting time of year without gaining weight so your New Years Resolution is to stay fit not get fit!
Traveling becomes a big part of our lives in November and December with visiting families and taking that end of year vacation.
