 What is the BEST Breakfast?

You may have heard that if you have an action-packed day planned and still want to eat right to lose weight, the best time for carbs is at breakfast.  What you haven't heard is that those carbs shouldn't be just any carbs and they shouldn't be eaten alone.

For more long lasting energy and less body fat production, eat natural-fiber rich whole grains and fruit combined with a source of protein like milk or eggs.

According to Sanefitness expert and Personal Trainer, John Cruz, these types of carbs are less likely to be converted into fat and the large quantity of fiber in your first meal of the day will keep you from snacking unnecessarily.  The right carbs for breakfast will leave you full and satisfied for the rest of the morning.  Trust me, no matter how busy I am, I eat a breakfast like the ones described below and I am full and satisfied until lunch time!

Some Breakfast Ideas:
*A serving of a high-fiber natural whole grain cereal or oatmeal, with 1% or skim milk is a great choice.

*2 whole eggs, a slice of 7 grain bread and an a small apple.

*Plain Greek yogurt (or any lower sugar yogurt) with mixed berries, a little bit of granola and a teaspoon of honey.

Change it up so you don't get bored!
