I can't believe summer is just 3 weeks away!  Tank tops, shorts, mini skirts and oh yes...BATHING SUITS!!  The only thing worse than trying on your bikini from last year is shopping for a new one.  Is it me or do they make bikini bottoms smaller and smaller every year!  My 8 year old can wear these "adult" swim suits. 

Anyway, no worries, I gave everyone some great back exercises last month and as promised the next body part I will help you with is legs.  Our legs have been in hiding since last September and now we must bare them to all.  Try some of these great leg exercises below and you will be on your way to flaunting your tone gams!!

Bare Those Legs.....
Here are 3 easy to follow leg exercises and 1 challenge exercise  that will get you confident in your summer shorts, skirts and bikinis! Try 3 sets of 12-15 reps (per leg when doing 1 leg at a time) for each exercise.

1. Dumbbell Split Squat (can be done w/out weights)

2.  Inner Thigh 
(can be done w/out weights)

3. Outer Thigh (can be done w/out weights)

4.  CHALLENGE: Jumping Squats  (this will definitely burn!)
Try to land very softly on your feet.
