Although it doesn't feel like it Spring is here! Soon it will warm up outside and that makes it so much easier to stay active. Playing with the kids, walking the dog or just going for a walk or bike ride...much more fun than running on a treadmill watching The View! (that's what I have been doing)
With the weather getting warmer we have to face the fact that the bulky sweaters are soon to be in storage. No more hiding behind that winter wardrobe. It's time to break out the t-shirts, tank tops and shorts and show off your arms, your back and your legs. For the next couple of Newsletters I will focus on exercises for the "Spring" body parts so you can wear that mini skirt with confidence.
